Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time

Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses

It will take 16-20 days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-8 days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (DHL, EMS, FEDEX,UPS, etc.) standard.

Wedding Dresses

It will take 22-25 days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-8 days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.

Please note:
1. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen are inevitable. That doesn't mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped.
2. Returning / Exchanging the dress costs time and money, you must make all the information clear and accurate (measurement, color, shipping address, phone number, the wearing date...). A: The dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat. Bidding is for one dress only!!!
B: Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

D: We may exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles. We will accept returns nonstandard size dresses in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations). Details please refer to Return Policy.
E: Dresses must be returned within 7 days of your receipt. For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges. For returns, 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
